Return & Refund Policy
At Calmiro™, our return and refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase, and to qualify for a return the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase required, while certain items such as perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, gift cards, downloadable software, and certain health or personal care products are non-returnable; partial refunds may apply to used, damaged, or incomplete items or those returned after 30 days, and if products arrive damaged customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing getcalmiro@gmail.com with photos of the defect, packaging, and shipping label, and if applicable, a short video, after which we will inspect and determine eligibility for a replacement, refund, or partial refund, noting that in cases of shipping damage customers must retain packaging for possible carrier inspection; if returns are required, shipping costs are shared when damage is confirmed, otherwise borne by the customer, and once inspected, approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 3–5 business days, while late or missing refunds should first be checked with the bank or card provider before contacting us; sale items are not refundable, only regular-priced items are, exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged items by contacting getcalmiro@gmail.com, and if purchased as a gift you may receive store credit; customers are responsible for return shipping costs and we recommend tracked and insured shipping for items over $75, as only products received at our warehouse can be credited, with incorrectly sent items not credited or returned, and all accepted returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee with 85% of the total paid amount refunded within 3–5 business days depending on your bank.
